Aaron was with his lovely mother at brother Eric's football game. It was a bright, sunny, fall morning, and the sun was in all the spectators' eyes.
His mom--Alice Ann--was the type of fan who'd walk up and down the sidelines of the field, following all the action in the game.
At one point, Aaron was standing right next to her. Not too far from him, he noticed an older guy--not elderly, but--who was just kinda standing on the sidelines, squinting into the sun. Aaron thought he looked pretty cool, so he wanted to copy this guy.
Aaron thought it'd be pretty awesome to just take on the same facial expression as the guy, and squint up at his mother. For maybe 30 seconds, he stood still, eyes tight shut, looking at Alice Ann. Oh yeah, he was soooooo cool.
When finally he opened his eyes, his mom was halfway down the field, totally unaware of what Aaron had been doing.
